Tales and Happenings of Peculiars with the Frogs – Part 4

This is an account of my travels in France. You can find part 3 here. Most or some is being written on a plane in the twilight hours of the 17th, returning from the aforementioned trip, much à la Nicolas Weninger and his aviationally-written posts. It also includes random links to images of interest scattered in the text.

Following Bastille day, we went back into Sisteron after spending the morning doing nothing (although I found a dead lizard in the pool and poked it with a stick), to see the interesting museum of time and space(but no relative dimensions), and the citadel. However, I became engaged in some rope walking thing, which was rather Meh. I am sad to report that I was incapable of doing the entire course as there was a section where you had to swing on a rather long rope and grab onto a net, which I failed at twice, opting to take the easier but longer side route, only to be met by a small girl. Not the greatest moment of pride(eh I’ve just gone and popped my ears…). And that was that, more or less, for that day.
